Your app sucks. Your associate answer the phone very rudely. Didn't even say Cinnabon was where she was located or an Hi. Then I asked her where in the mall she is located. The rude response I received was why? Well I wanted to know where to drive being in the mall. I wanted to park near the entrance. Then she answers me Round, where the arcade is. Which is a lie. The employees were friendly and the service was fast. The food was amazing as always. My favorite is the caramel pecan bun
Went earlier today, everything was fresh. Staff friendly. Always a go to.
3 girls working tonight, I don’t know whose who. But I was offered overly dark pretzels and hot dog pretzels. I understand golden brown NOT dark brown. I also ordered 4 buns and was given pre boxed Cinnabons. When I asked for fresh ones I was told I can just heat those up. Fresh ones become soggy ? $25 in the trash.
The lack of communication from Jose is ridiculous, my daughter purchased a Cinnabon he never mention there will be a wait for it, then about 5-6 mins later I went to ask him he tells me it will be about a 7-8 mins away. To which I said ok and walked away. The bons are done and he puts the icing on them. I still waited to see if he could call us to pick up our order, NOTHING!!
