Had a solid experience here when we walked in less than an hour before closing. Elijah was very kind and let us know about their weekly deals that were exclusive to this store. Not only did we get superior service but our mini rolls were baked fresh. It’s impossible to walk in and not buy something here. With good service and fresh baked cinnamon pastries, you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend stopping on here in person to shop their daily deals!
Elijah, the closing manager at Cinnabon on Orchard Loop, was so nice. His customer service, with just our short interaction, was amazing. He seemed to take great pride in his job, we had a nice little conversation, and he was just overall very welcoming. Had to get a smog and looked to the left and seen Cinibon. Of course I had to stop, parking was a little limited but once I made it in. Oh yummy. Elijah had perfect customer service. Friendly and had a friendly smile.
The main store I go to when I'm in the mood for Cinnabon. Haven't had a bad experience or bad Cinna on from there yet. Elijah helped me last time I was in and he was a delight! Super respectful and had the old skool jams (the Whisperers) going!
The store was clean and Elijah was very friendly and funny! This was my first time in a stand-alone Cinnabon store outside of a mall and honestly the quality of the buns were way better. We came at the end of the night and the buns were still fresh and soft.
