My cinnamon was not cooked well. It’s not delicious and I throw it out in the trash
First and last time using this location. 5 stars for food only because we love Cinnabon. We ordered online a week early, received a confirmation email, and I showed up today to pick up. They had no record of the order. They called the manager and they informed we had not paid. I know we did, I offered to pay again just to get out of there as I was on a schedule. Location is hard to find, but it's inside another store. Hate how you can't just order freshly made Cinnabons they will double charge you for a convenience fee? Like what? Why..? They make you buy day old products probably won't come here again unless this policy is changed!
