I’ve loved Cinnabon and eaten them for 30 years now.. I like it so much I asked for one on my birthday Feb 17.. we got to this one 6pm last week on my bday and there was one left .. I asked for fresh ones to go in and even offered to get 4 and she looked reluctant to do that so just took the one as I didn’t want to kill my mood on my bday.. I’d give it 0 stars if I could
I ordered a 4 pak of Cinnabons for my significant other for Valentines day. I put the order in ahead of time, set the delivery date, and waited. On the day of the delivery, they arrived, and arrived on time, but they were the worst Cinnabons she'd ever had. They were downright blond, barely baked to food safe and certainly not to proper golden-brownness. The inner filling was almost missing, so there wasn't enough cinnamon or sweetness to the buns. My Experience wasn't a good one. I purchased 3 Cinnabons to go. I guess maybe it was my fault because they were about to close. 🤷♀️ Anyway I sat down to eat mine in the food court and 1st off it wasn't hot or warm. The top was hard to cut. I opened the middle, which is usually soft, ate some and it was dry. I went back to ask the guy working there when we're they made. He said not long ago. Cinnabon pastries are good as usual but wow the employees are a different story. Need to be trained or replaced. Bad attitude and lazy. One dropped my order on the glass counter. Other Cinnabon locations I've been to, were operated well.
