Poor service and food is always dry and stale - all the time! No greetings, no welcome, no smiles ever- what is the customer service??? If you tell them it’s not good, it’s dry, they start arguing with you like a personal fight. Where is the Management? Do we report to the mall? Do we report to Cinnabon corporate?
