My Experience wasn't a good one. I purchased 3 Cinnabons to go. I guess maybe it was my fault because they were about to close. 🤷♀️ Anyway I sat down to eat mine in the food court and 1st off it wasn't hot or warm. The top was hard to cut. I opened the middle, which is usually soft, ate some and it was dry. I went back to ask the guy working there when we're they made. He said not long ago. Cinnabon pastries are good as usual but wow the employees are a different story. Need to be trained or replaced. Bad attitude and lazy. One dropped my order on the glass counter. Other Cinnabon locations I've been to, were operated well.
Fantastic service, give this girl a raise. And the sweets are delicious! Here at 11:30 on a Thursday.
Kianmia was great in explaining each product options & very polite & prompt.. A very great server!!!
