At first I was a little skeptical about going to Cinnabon due to my last experience at a different location but I am very glad that I went to this location instead. When i wanted to buy from there there was a guy named Nami, he was very nice and sweet, he had given me some good suggestions and was very patient with me since i was being very indecisive. I had ended up getting a caramel pecan cinnamon roll and it was truly delicious. i will be definitely going back in the future.
These teens that they hire are some of the rudest people ever. Upstairs is a Cinnabon and I simply asked what is a chillata and the guy said no. Lol. Then I went downstairs and encountered a girl that had no training on customer service whatsoever. She gave me and my family a serious and miserable look. Listen, don't work in customer service if you're not going to engage the customer in a friendly way. Horrible. At least the Cinnabons were good.
My favorite place :) everything is always delicious till the buns and the lemonades …
