The rolls are smaller and the icing barely exists. I was so disappointed will not be back don’t waste your time.
The customer service was very professional and knowledgeable. The Cinnabon was fresh and delicious.

I love Cinnabon, especially the Carmel pecan one! But man the customer service here is terrible. One girl there is always high af and will blank out and stare at the wall while taking your order. Then giggles to herself when she figures out where she's at. It's the only Cinnabon near me, so you gotta deal with it.
Can’t believe you’re expected to pay for a burnt cinnamon roll with paper stuck on the bottom of it. Picture was taken after she boxed it up.
