"we don't have iced coffee"
The old guy at the register is rude!!! He saw us standing there without acknowledging my family and me. Finally after a few minutes when another customer formed in line he ask if we needed something.... this is the reason people are not coming to this place because of the attitude and the bad customer service. I ask if the cinnamon buns came with the glace, and he said nothing comes with nothing. Okay well thank you! Last time I give my money to this place.
I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of two India girl employees during my recent visit. When I pointed out that I had received a small order instead of the large size I requested, the employees sighed and were visibly reluctant to correct the error. I had a great experience at Cinnabon! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I placed my order. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and she made the whole Cinnabon experience enjoyable. How is this place still in business? An embarrassment to the Cinnabon brand. Completely disorganized, low worker morale, and dirty. Waited over an hour for a simple order.
