I went into the mall to order the pecan cinnamon bon and got home and they put cheese in it. It is absolutely disgusting. The guy did not seem like he wanted to be there at all and was super annoyed and didn't even get my drink right. Disgusting, definitely won't be going there
I got here at 6:50 with my wife and kids. The employee there informed us that it was closed. Everything looked closed off already. If you say you are open until 7, then stay open until 7 so you don’t waste my time. Pretty pissed off because I was looking forward to it.
I ordered a pecan caramel cinnabun and good thing i looked at it before i left because all she did was add pecans. I asked about the caramel and instead of adding it she tried handing me a cup of it. Quality here sucks spend your money somewhere else. Cinnabun was dry, cold and sad
The service is painfully slow
Should have just gone to the ice cream place instead. What little they had in the display case they said they ran out of chocolate and whatever the recess thing was wasnt for sale. They said it was just for display. So we got one of the center of the roll cups. It was so dry and burnt. Was not worth the price. This place needs to go.
