Bought four Cinnabons and one sugar doughnuts. The guy at the counter placed only on bun and the mini doughnuts in my bag. The calls re not picked up. Hope it’s just a mistake.

Been coming here more than twelve years. The last couple of years, it has gone over the cliff. Not sticking with posted hours, having no product when they open. I've been trying to tolerant of management trying to get back to good service, but I'm done today, 27 Sept. 2024 rolled in at 11:30 workers milling about nothing really getting done when I inquired it was going to be at least another 30 minutes before they have product ready. Last straw, they've lost a steady customer.

I know Cinnabon is a chain but this one hits different. It might be the staff. They are so kind and friendly and they are the whole package. You go to eat something sweet and delicious and you are greeted by the kindest people ever. This is the only Cinnabon that I go to.
