Today I had an issue with door dash and their poor customer service, as it pertained to my order from Cinnabon. However, the manager Kelly at the Towson location went above and beyond to see to it that the issue was professional rectified. I appreciate her for being understanding and assisting to correct the error of the third party.

Love getting the mini cinnamon rolls as a snack when walking around the Town Center. They rebake them before handing them to the customer so they're warm.
