Great customer service. I was having trouble placing an order online and the person behind the counter helped get the problem fixed. I would definitely recommend this location!
I went to Cinnabon at 11:15am, shortly after they opened at 11:00am, to get a 4-count of BonBites. I went that early expecting them to be fresh, but unfortunately they weren’t. You could tell they were leftovers that had just been warmed up, which I really didn’t like. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I wanted to order a minibon box of 9 for $20.99. The he/her representative who was not only RUDE, argumentative and arrogant told me that the boxes for my order needed to be “made” and that I’d have to purchase them individually at $5.49 EACH. I told the he/her rep that I didn’t care about the box, & that the he/her rep could put them in ANY BOX and the he/her rep refused. Extremely disappointed I purchased a cinnamon roll on 12/5 and two more again today on 12/7, all 3 rolls have been undercooked and doughy! I guess they are being rushed. Constantly running out with 5+ people waiting on rolls both days. When those orders are filled they’re out again.
