Your employees had very nasty attitudes, and I spent good money when I was there. Valeria was the cashier and I think the older lady was Angela. I understand that it was Sunday and getting ready to close but no need to be disrespectful to customers. Will never go there again and I was visiting from out of town.
I ordered three of the classic Cinnabons and as I was paying my sister noticed the specials sign. It stated on Friday if you buy two classics the third is free. I asked the woman did I receive the third one free she seemed agitated and rudely replied that I would have to ask for the special ahead of time to receive it. Like what how does that even make sense. So I ordered a churro took about 5 steps before I took one bite and realized it was as stale as a loveless marriage. So I turned around walked back to the counter to tell the workers that it’s was like exceptionally stale and the response was did you ask to heat it up! I said no I didn’t know that was an option. The shift leader I assume was like yeah if you don’t heat em up they taste like that and I’m thinking like hmmm… maybe when someone orders one you should heat it for them or at least offer it ???
