Always out of classic rolls. The churros tasted old and were very dry. Always a long wait in line. They run shifts with only one employee at times which makes it very annoying and takes forever. Kind of pricey. The store was very messy. Floors were super dirty. The boys in the front were helpful, polite and welcoming. I won’t be coming back here.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The manager on duty is consistently rude, never smiles, and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s frustrating to walk in only to be told yet again that there are no Cinnabons available. How does a Cinnabon not have Cinnabons? What’s even more upsetting is that they let go of one of the best employees they had who was always upbeat, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
