Stopped by Cinnabon for our boys and had an amazing experience thanks to Samuel! Even though he didn't ring up our order, his exceptional customer service stood out. He made sure we were completely taken care of, and we really appreciate his great attitude. Shout-out to Samuel!
Cinnamon rolls are good but is the sound time that I buy at this location and I find hairs in my cinnamon rolls. This is the last time I will purchase anything at this location.
Manager Michael was rude and I found a hair in my food and young lady was going to fix it but he refused, and I got a swirl ice cream cone also and it tasted funny maybe machine needs cleaning? Overall terrible experience
The ambience was clean . We ordered chocolate icecream on a hot summer afternoon and definitely felt so relieved after enjoying the cold treat. Service was good . Staff was friendly. Definitely recommend on a hot afternoon.
