I went here for Cinnabon only. I was disappointed that it opened at 11am but the cinnamon rolls were not going to be ready for another 20 minutes. This is the closest location to my home. (20 mins each way) I allotted myself 45 mins to grab a surprise for my husband for Father's Day . I was able to get some that I am assuming we're left over from the previous day which is fine but not the same as a hot, fresh one. I feel like if the business opens at 11am, the product should be ready.

Found out they had a cinnabon near us and wanted to go. Sure not what I remembered. These seemed like they were made yesterday, cold and not as gooey as I remembered. I can buy a package of Pillsbury grands cinnamon rolls 5 pack that are better and a lot cheaper than cinnabon.
The employee at the drive through would ask for my order then ghost me for several minutes. Did this to me and another customer. We walked around to the entrance and no one would open the door. This was during operating hours as well. Completely unacceptable for a business.
