Cinnabon doesn’t uphold their coupons, drove out of our way to use a coupon for a center of the roll and was told they were missing ingredients so they didn’t have one, even they were making everything else, not sure what the special ingredients are. However, they knew the fine print on the coupon real well and told us they don’t have to offer a substitution. Always looks closed from the outside. They need an "open" sign on the outside. Poor customer service. Stood there a long time and was never acknowledged. The Cinnabon was dry, not as good as they used to be.
