Pessima commessa!
The gentleman in front of me receive an iced coffee, 90% ice; he was noticeably let down. My $8 cinnamon roll is old & stale. I would assume a region manager would be concerned--sorry for the stars but how else can I get a message to you.
Rude staff, makes mistakes and then screams at you when you complain, no matter how polite you are. I don't recommend this place, especially if you are Latino, they are particularly rude.
Rude staff, screaming at customers when they made a mistake in the order. At least the manager did refund the mistaken item.
