Food was okay at best, Cinnabons were very dry though. I have never had such unfriendly service. The guy working there, who I presume was the manager, was rude, angry, and makes me regret even going. I don’t think I’ve had such an experience at any other Cinnabon. He also dropped the Cinnabon sleeve onto the counter and then just picked it up and put it in the bag and handed it to me. Poor, rude service. Don’t recommend going! Just go to auntie Anne’s.

I had such a great experience at Cinnabon today! The rolls were absolutely delicious, fresh, warm, and perfectly made. Big shoutout to Micheal for doing such an amazing job and handling everything so smoothly while working with the rest of the crew. Great teamwork and great service all around

Excellent experience at Cinnabon today! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Micheal deserves special recognition for his attention to detail, multitasking, and perfectly baked cinnamon rolls. Keep up the great work, team!

Had an awesome visit at Cinnabon today! Everything smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. The rolls were soft, gooey, and fresh out of the oven. Micheal did a fantastic job keeping things running smoothly and still made sure everyone was happy. Great teamwork all around!
