I had a great experience at Cinnabon today. I ordered a Cotton Candy Chillatta, and it was delicious, refreshing, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. The young lady working at the kiosk was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She took the time to tell me about the Cinnabon app and explained the benefits of downloading it, which I appreciated. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made my visit even more enjoyable. I had a great experience at Cinnabon. As soon as you turn into the food court, you can immediately smell the wonderful aroma of fresh cinnamon, which is inviting. The condo room was good, it taste fresh and enjoyable. The staff member who showed me was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent costumer service. Overall, it was pleasant visit and I would definitely come back again
Is this a Chillatta?!? It's my first ever and I thought I read that it was CREAMY... this is straight half a cup of ice! Cheater me of my money for that is NOT a full properly prepared creamy drink!.
The lady who bakes the cinnamon rolls can use some customer service training.when a paying customer ask about fresh I would assume the baker who can hear you would step to the front an assist the situation NOT STAND IN THE BACK WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND COULD HAVE CARED LESS ABOUT SAVING A SALE ..moral of the story I will not buy again frm this location
