Excited to eat here before leaving the mall, only to be service a hard, stail Cinnabon. I brought a 9 pack which was over $25. I at least expected to receive hot and fresh. This will be my last time visiting this location!
Walked up to pick up my mobile order and the young female just looked at me and proceeded to keep doing whatever she was doing, and after about 3 mins of me just standing there, she finally looked up and said "yes?" as if she was bothered or something. I'm so sick of Gen Z working in fast food and customer-facing jobs period. It's like, how are they getting these jobs and who's hiring them? It's just trash Customer service everywhere you go nowadays.
I stopped there to get a mini cinammon bun,and it cost me 10 bucks and some cents, unbeliabable i ask my bank to dobble check , cause i used a credit card , i think they are making fraud. You all check yours receipts you all.
Their carmel with pecans was the best and it's a nice size cinnamon roll. You get your money worth.
Came in for a sweet sweet snack and was treated very nice and with respect by Damion. Very attentive and went as far to heat up my cinabon more ( per my request). Ty ! Definitely recommend.
