I’ve given a positive review for this Cinnabon before, but that was a couple years ago. I go there any time I’m in Hagerstown, because I don’t have any near where I live, about a half hour away. The cinnamon rolls are amazing every time. I purchased extra icing this time, for my leftovers. I will do that every time now. I hope they don’t ever leave the area. DELICIOUS!
Shoutout to the team for amazing service! They were closing but stayed open, comped me a churro, and sent me off with a perfect 15-count of warm cinnamon rolls. Made my day.
In the mall, we stumbled upon the Cinnabon. I personally have always loved them, but the kindness the gentleman had who served us went above and beyond. I am not from Maryland. I am from New York. It was nice to have somebody be so friendly and the food was excellent it was clean. It was fresh. I even had leftovers that we ended up bringing home with us. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.
