First time going to a Cinnabon and it was really good! The service was great as well and the kids loved the donut bites. Great spot located inside the mall!
Today was a special birthday in our family so we were going to celebrate with Cinnabon. We see advertised on the counter, as well as on the tv displaying the ads, $18.99 for 16 Bon Bites. That’s what we wanted so we got the counter and asked for the 16 Bon Bites for $18.99. I was told they couldn’t be sold that way, they could only be sold in sleeves of 4. Great cup hot coffee and a delicious fresh, hot Cinnabon, what else could you ask for.
Had a young hispanic Male store clerk behave hostile & in a threatening manner towards me earlier this Spring 2024. I requested the manager's contact info. from the other female clerk & they both spoke & gave me a phone number from their mobile phone. I contacted corp. via their website to file a complaint and guess what happened..? Nothing.
