had a very disappointing experience at this Cinnabon location due to the manager, Frank Ross. I was attempting to use a T-Mobile promotion while I had my three children with me. The only Cinnabon in the entire city and they don’t even take gift cards!!!
The Cinnabons we received were only half cooked and the texture was a goopy mess, with the taste being of uncooked, wet dough.
Never participating in nationwide promotions and always wanna up charge for everything.
