This branch is very bad in everything
I come in at noon on a Saturday for the employee to tell me they are closed bc someone else didn't open earlier. Ma'am, you're literally here at work! I went out of my way to try the new cotton candy cinnabon and this is the BS excuse I get? Ridiculous....just shut down the entire business bc it's useless.
I would give a zero for this chain! My son asked for money to buy a drink while I was in the mall sitting on a bench. Imagine my son came to me and told me that the drink was $12! You guys are charging your customers $12 for one medium cup of frozen lemonade??? Y’all are ridiculous and evil for overcharging!!!
Got the butter beer drink today had gotten one the day before and had to get it again I also had gotten the strawberry shortcake one as well. Idk what happened with my butter beer this time but when I took a sip it tasted like poison or Diesel it was so bad I took a sip and started coughing and gagging was very disappointing maybe something broke or went wrong with that drink because my strawberry shortcake was fine but really disappointed wouldn’t order from here again due to the fear of this happening again unfortunately
