I wish there was a -1 button because I would give it to them. The workers are ok but the manager, Frank Ross, is rude and condescending and talks down to the young workers. All this, and my cinnamon roll was hard. He also NEVER honors any T- mobile, National cinnamon rolls days or coupons. I've written corporate but they probably won't respond. 3 strikes and you're out for me. Get rid of him!!!!
I was with my son and his Cinnabon have a hair kind of disappointment
This branch is very bad in everything
I come in at noon on a Saturday for the employee to tell me they are closed bc someone else didn't open earlier. Ma'am, you're literally here at work! I went out of my way to try the new cotton candy cinnabon and this is the BS excuse I get? Ridiculous....just shut down the entire business bc it's useless.
