Cinnabon were fine but I was disappointed in the service. The young lady who took my order was friendly but, the older lady who's apparently the owner disregards the fine print on app coupons and makes up her own rules for use--the coupon stated "any" purchase yet, she ONLY allowed it to be used on a "bakery" item! My husband used the same coupon by purchasing a bottle of water but, when my son attempted to use his she dictated that he had to purchase a bakery item--again, HER stipulations not the ones consistent with the fi... read more
Polite employees assisted me with my purchase. Wish they hadn't taken away the cinnasticks. They were my favorite! If you sign up for the app you get a free drink for your birthday!
In January 2025, I got home to find a curly piece of hair stuck to my Cinnabon. I reached out to Cinnabon via Twitter and asked them to make it mandatory that their employees wear hairnet because a baseball cap is not sufficient if their employees are lifting up their hat.
