I tried last week and pilot employee told me when they remodeled they took Cinnabon out. So that was disappointing. She was upset too. I hear the only one left is the one in Greenville in the mall. Sadly this is not close to me. I read someone complaining about employee at this location. Crazy thing is, I loved those things so much I could ignore that and keep going; it's just that 😋 yummy. We need a new location!
No longer sold here.
No Cinnabon in Pilot today. Didn’t even see where the display used to be. If it was there and I could buy some, definitely would be five stars as it likely always is bc they’re too delicious 😀
I went to buy 2 six packs to take to coworkers and was charged per cinnamon roll instead of EACH 6pack and when I asked the cashier she told the price was higher because they were hot out of the oven. So since they couldnt keep stock up, I feel i was punished and charged more because she had to make more. The next time I went in on a Thursday morning around 835AM and the Cinnabon stand was closed. The employees act like the Cinnabon stand is a problem and the don't wanna be bothered with it. POOR SERVICE!
