Consistently good but a bit on the pricier side.
Cinnabon here is filled with lovely workers and great food. My family and I have been getting Cinnabons here for as long as I can remember. You can tell how hard the staff works just by watching them pull out pans and pans of Cinnabons from the oven, and freshly rolling them on the side. I don’t think the workers get enough credit, i read through some of the Google reviews and I think majority of their cliental can be quite harsh and rude to them. My girlfriend and I were at the mall and rushed to get to Cinnabon just prior to 9:00 pm. There were likely 2 dozen Cinnabons left in the display case. We were going to buy one dozen. We were told by the girls behind the counter that they were closed and that the cash drawer was already put away so we could not purchase anything. Although the food is usually amazing here, and I’ve been a loyal customer for many years this location has lost me as a customer due to poor service I received at closing from a girl with facial piercings. From the moment I walked up I received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If she didn’t want to serve me, she should not be working a customer service job. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
