the Cinnabon was good and mel was being very kind and professional
I seldom post about occasional indulgences like Cinnabon (one of my favourite), yet today I found myself especially impressed with one of the staff and their wonderful work / service ethic and personal style. Kaitlyn did everything within her power to make the experience a most pleasant one, from preparation to presentation, and even the precise amount of cream in the coffee. All with a genuine and sincere smile. We see you, Kaitlyn. 😁 Well done!!
