Poor customer service for such a lot of franchise. Cashier refuse to serve me because I was not in line. I did not even know there was a line and I was probably standing two feet from where the cashier was. I was told I had to stand in the line up before I could be served. Other person behind the counter said ‘I told you had to stand in line’. Her tone was inappropriate and how she handled the situation was poor. Very rude and poor customer service.
