The service at this Cinnabon is awful! Leslie couldn't/wouldn't answer simple questions ("What time were these made?" "Today."), refused to heat up anything ("May I have them warmed?" "They're on hot plates."), didn't give me the items I wanted, and was short. When I ate one it was cold on top as I knew it would be looking at the icing. Other Cinnabon locations have no problem with these small but meaningful aspects of the business. Maybe retraining needs to occur.
I ask 2 Cinnabons without icing because its too sweet and when I picked up I asked if I can have a little of the icing aside. The attendant told me that I have to pay for it, because the price without or with icing is the same but I need to pay for an extra stuff. It doesn't make any sense I just want a little bit to put on top and they they to up sell me the topping like I want an extra stuff. Maybe this lady doesn't understand what a good customer service means. @ Esatridge Mall in San Jose Ca.
Got a bad experience. I bought 9 pieces Minibon..and asked for one fork. But the one who serves me..Did not give me any.She said I can get 1 fork if I buy the single one.just felt sad..but did not insist to get one.
