They don't care I moved in 2019.. it's was okay till the pandemic hit.. they kept switching management. The laundry room stays dirty, the pill heads are invading the property, the sprinklers water so much of the grass, it's starts to flood the walk way. And the ROACHES.. omg the Rochester are everywhere. I stated battling them Thanksgiving of 2020.. I stopped cooking all together because they were in my refrigerator and cabinets. horrible management, no amenities Avoid this place like the plague that it is. The staff here never seem to answer the phone, the manager seems to think she’s all that and a bag of chips, without doing anything to prove such. I was promised before I moved in earlier this year that the amenities would be completed before summer. That was a lie. Even if you’re an individual who’s usually on time for rent, they don’t care. They don’t work with people at all. This place is horrible and I regret moving here.

Really bad bad attention, roaches, the laundry is always dirty and no washer or dryer works, the apartments are dark with almost no windows

Very BAD Experience We were supposed to move here from CA on a certain date on a Saturday, that thursday before coming we called to make sure everything was ready since we'd be renting a uhaul from CA and bringing all our stuff ready to move in, to our surprise they told us it wasnt ready, so we had to call for us to know that. Their responsibility was to call us ahead of time to let us know since we had agreed and it was assured to us that it was going to be ready that certain date, anyway we had to convince them to have it... read more

My apartment I have been renting with the company for 1 1/2 years. I recently had to break my lease because I could not get any assistance with repairing items in the unit. We have been trying to get certain things fixed for months. When asked the apartment manager will say they are going to send someone and they never do. We recently been having a bug problem with sewer roaches. We have asked for them to spray the unit they will give you an appointment date and time and never show up. My Apartment Ever since I first moved in to my apartment I have felt safe in the area I am at with my 5 year old son. It is quiet and peaceful. There is lots of beautiful trees and plenty of grassy areas for my son to play outside. With the warm weather outside we enjoy going swimming and they keep the pool clean with daily maintenance. Staff and management are very kind as well as helpful they work with your situation and try to help you the best they can!
