I have no complaints of the service I receive, and have received for YEARS as a customer. The technicians are always very courteous and respectful when they visit and we never have any problems with our pests. However, if you call the main line and have to speak to someone in the sales department regarding a matter unrelated to sales (because the phone prompts do not offer a good option to speak to anyone regarding general questions) please prepare to receive some negative attitude from the staff.
