Quality/Stellar service throughout! My initial contact was in person with Chela. Refinanced, and opened new accounts. Instantly, felt a certain “kinship”, that was authentic! We laughed, and she handled all banking business affairs. Laughter is so good for the Soul, especially with COVID, and social distances. Can’t think of a better way to lift your spirits (Laughter)! All the staff members (managers), at Kennedy-Downtown are great! Highly endorse Kelsea Shultz for all my banking needs..

Throughly enjoyed my visit the Branch Manager Shawn Degolyer treated me like family, making sure all products that could assist me were offered, and explained in easy to understand language. I walked out on cloud nine. and wouldn’t think of banking anywhere else.
