GREAT experience at the Eastgate Blvd Cinfed. I was very impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the staff were, especially Chelsea. I would highly recommend this location. If you want a wonderful experience and someone who really cares about customer service, ASK for Chelsea!!
Absolutely pleased with my service thus far…until today. The lobby hours posted both online and on your door says open until 1pm on Saturday. I needed to come in today and am now in a crucial situation due to the lack of upkeep on your hours posted.
I had the most wonderful experience at Eastgate Cinfed. The branch manager, April Costa Was phenomenal. She helped me with my cashiers check. She even helped me with the situation previous when I came to the branch a month ago. I just wanna say I’m so happy to be a part of Cinfed credit union!! and I’m so happy that April is with the Company as she has brighten my day so many times.
