Customer service was great
I recently helped my mom set up a new account with CINFED. Darlene and Wendy were so kind and welcoming my mom cried with joy. Everyone has been making her transition to OH so pleasant - exceeding her expectations every time. I’ve been a member since 1997 so I knew they would take good care of my mom. I’m also grateful to have the Eastgate branch. That made things so much more convenient!
I am thrilled to have a Cinfed Branch in the Eastgate area. I’ve lived out here for 30 years so since I retired it was not convenient to travel outside this area. The staff at this branch have always gone out of their way to assure they have taken care of all my financial needs.
Darlene Austin was the kindest and most patient person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a bank. She was a true blast from the past—back when bankers made you feel like family. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. She’s a rare gem in today’s fast-paced world.
