I wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience with Darlene Austin at CinFed Fed Credit Union. I am a member at Cinfed and reached out to do an auto loan transfer taking advantage of their amazing interest rates. Darlene was the associate that assisted me. Before I met her for the first time that day, we had several phone calls so she could gather the info she needed to start the loan transfer process. We had a great experience at Cinfed Credit Union, Eastgate location. We met with Darlene Austin. She was awesome. She was able to get our new car loan refinanced with them at a much lower interest rate.! I would strongly recommend Cinfed for all your financial needs.
