I traveled 30 miles from my home to the Cinemark in Redding this afternoon to see the special showing of Castle in the Sky. I had pre-purchased my tickets but when I got there, I was told the showing was canceled because there had been a water leak and only ½ the theaters were operational. Free movie premier tickets. Heck ya. Cinemark app just became my favorite.
No problems at all! Just want to say you have an employee, didn't catch his name, however he is the cheeriest happy guy, and makes us feel good every time we come see a movie! I'm sure you can figure out who he is he shines with smiles!
Only issue we keep having is there are no benches or chairs to sit when you are waiting in the lobby or in the hallways
No matter if I've been at Movies 8 or Movies 14 the people there are always helpful courteous and go out of their way to help me make my Movie experience the best can be.
I love writing good reviews, but the last few times we've gone the people getting us food and drinks have been short with customers, including us. They seem bothered that they have to help you get what you want. Yesterday the guy that sold our tickets had nothing good to say about Spider-Man Homecoming except that the new guy plays a good Spider-Man. He was pretty negative about it.
