Saw Star Wars the last Jedi. Had a great time love the comfortable seating. I'm handicapped horrible bad back and it wasn't a nightmare to sit through a show!
Movie theater sucks. They want to charge you premium prices for tickets and food/drink, then make you sit through over 25 minutes of commercials, making the movie 25 minutes LATE starting, before you can watch the movie you came to see.
Went to see the movie coco with my family. Wasn't expecting to spend 30 extra minutes watching a short film of Frozen.... almost forgot I went to watch the movie coco... it irratated me having to sit through a very long Frozen preview... way to shove the Frozen movie down our throats.... the movie Coco was great just hated spending the first 30 mins watching what felt like a movie before the movie we paid to see. Rented the party room for my son’s 13th birthday and had a great time. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. I would definitely recommend it for an easy, super fun party—especially for a large group of energetic Jr. High boys.
My 14 year old son and I are frequent patrons. I often pre-purchase our tickets online. The staff is always kind/accommodating and the theater is always clean. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. I was quite surprised to read so many negative reviews! One experience stands out in particular. My son accidentally put his glasses ( along with the 3D glases) in the recycling box. The manager was very kind/helpful. He immediately retrieved my son’s glasses and returned them to me.
The seating is so much better than it used to be! The place has been fixed up in the last 5 years and they seems to be keeping it current to the need for better sound and hi-def. love the XD theater and the option to reserve our seats for big premiers! It’s great to cruise in 10 minutes before a movie to seats saved!
