Great condo! Soundproof (concrete walls), great location, fantastic concierge and security, very quick elevators. There have been no issues on any of these since moving in nine months ago.
The concierge didn’t let me in for food delivery even after buzzing at desk by dialing #9999. I had to call the customer whose delivery instructions was to leave at door. 23rd march. Time: 1:30 AM. Check the camera. Lazy both concierge were just talking. They show me buzzing but still didn’t open the door.
This condo is great. Have lived here for nearly two years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, main areas are frequently cleaned and building staff are willing to step in if there are any issues
