I called just to ask a quick question about cameras, and the woman who answered was immediately rude and dismissive. She answered the phone with “what do you want?” and acted like I was bothering her for even asking about a Blackmagic camera. I get that you might not carry it, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. She offered no help, no direction, and made it clear she didn’t want to be on the call.
