I called just to ask a quick question about cameras, and the woman who answered was immediately rude and dismissive. She answered the phone with “what do you want?” and acted like I was bothering her for even asking about a Blackmagic camera. I get that you might not carry it, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. She offered no help, no direction, and made it clear she didn’t want to be on the call. Called in to ask a couple questions, the guy on the phone sounded high on drugs, just couldn't talk right speeding to get me off the line only was able to ask one question and even that he had a hard time.

Curious to rent a lens, I called ahead and only had information as they needed with a couple questions. Normal I’d say. Lady on the phone was THE rudest person I’ve ever came across in a professional setting. Snapping at questions, seemed extremely bothered by me being interested in the business. :( Unprofessional.
