I made an appointment with Cindy and she did not show up. I do not appreciate when people do not respect my time. I drove half an hour to an appointment that the nail tech decided to not show up to(she also came highly recommended from a friend which makes it more disappointing). I asked the only other nail tech there if she could do my Mani & Pedi and she said she could only do my Pedi, which is honestly not acceptable.
I love Cindy’s! Cindy (Rose) is such a beautiful soul and did a great job with my nails. Due to Covid, she is only seeing one person at a time, which made me feel safe. She has every precaution in place. Will be back!
