Erica was more than exceptional with the selling our mother's home after her passing. Cindy sold our home back in 1996 when another realtor failed to do so. She worked weekends doing open houses so we could sell so we could move into the new home we loved. Cindy and her team were great to work with. Buying a house in the salt lake valley is really tricky right now, especially for first time home buyers.
