Dr. Wei is an artist who makes you feel comfortable and is straight forward with answering your questions. Her staff is professional and easy to deal with before and after surgery. Dr. Wei is with you post surgery as well and follows your recovery. You can trust Dr. Wei for a successful surgery and excellent care. I am extremely happy with my personal results!

I had a breast reduction in 2023 from Dr Wei and it was the most positive medical experience I've had! I'm so happy with my results and even more happy with how much care Dr. Wei and her entire team treated me with before, during, and after surgery! I really felt like I was listened to and given the results and care I had hoped for. I highly recommend Dr Wei!

I had DIEP flap breast reconstruction and would highly recommend Dr. Cindy Wei. She is highly skilled and very detailed, but more importantly, she is genuine and caring. From beginning to end, I always felt at ease because she is so down to earth. She made me feel like I’m talking to a friend (with expert skills).

Dr. Wei was a phenomenal surgeon who addressed all of my questions both before and after my breast reduction surgery. She delivered exceptional results while understanding the emotional component that goes along with plastic surgery. The whole Polyclinic Plastics team was welcoming and I always felt like I was their number one priority while I was there. I highly recommend Dr. Wei if you are considering a plastic surgery procedure.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Wei to family and friends! In addition to being an excellent doctor, Dr. Wei also is patient, kind and reassuring. Dr. Wei is a very skilled for her specialty. She met my expectations even though she couldn't promise my complicated desired results due to needing a whole revision of my breast reconstruction. I’m so happy with my results. Dr Wei has amazing skills. She is also kind and compassionate. The team of professionals working with her are all top level professionals. They coordinated the DMX surgery with my breast cancer surgeon. I believe that gave me a much better outcome. They were all so kind and caring throughout the process. I highly recommend the monthly evening meeting if you have any questions.

I am so happy with my surgery results that Dr. Wei performed. From my first consultation, through my final follow up appointment, I felt like she was honest and straightforward about the results I could expect. And I am over the moon happy with my results.
