I found Cindy via Zillow and am so thankful that our paths crossed. Cindy provided, and continues to provide, guidance for me as I navigate the ownership of my first home. Cindy helped me understand the home buying process and provided insight into important aspects to consider when purchasing a home. She also helped coordinate services with other entities (I.e., mortgage lenders, insurance companies, etc.) that were also helpful. Cindy truly is the total package when purchasing a home.
Cindy told me she'd have my rental house sold in a week, she was wrong, it was 4 DAYS!!! We just CLOSED yesterday, and so we're talking about 30 days start to finish! She always kept me up to date, gave pointers on what buyers are looking for, and made the process very smooth and pain free! Oh by the way, she's now going to sell our current house as well!!
