Used to be great. But they just charged me $70 for the "spa milk pedicure" when I specifically asked by name for the "hot cream pedicure which is $35. When I got to the register they double down and said oh well she must not have understood. Kind of hard to get those too confused especially when she handed me a price list and I pointed to the one I wanted. I was pleased with my experience at Cindys Nails Spa. Cindy did a fantastic and excellent job with my nails. I loved how she designed my nails with perfection and style. She listened to my concerns and made sure everything was done to my liking. I really recommend this nail salon.
I’m so surprised by these bad reviews. I have been going here since I moved to the area. I tried other nail salons in town but I liked this one the best. I find everyone is nice. They do a great job. Very clean. Sunday’s they get very busy so I just go different days of the week. Now that I live in the area I won’t go anywhere else. I hate to make this edit. I started gel manicures. did a very very bad job on both me and my sister. they were talking bad talk in spanish when they thought i did not understand. very crammed and small space, making me bleed and was painful manicure.
