You can't be seen without an appointment. Nikki is good for pedicure, but Lisa did mine today and I could have done a better job at home. Been getting bad customer service these past 2 times i have gone. And after today's visit I'm not going there again. My daughter wanted her nails painted and she said she would try after my pedicure, when nikki could have done them, which is who does them normally. My daughter was upset. This was just uncomfortable from the beggining. My pedicure was done too quick and it looks like i stil... read more
