I have been using this law firm since 2011 and have bought and sold 6 properties and settled 1 estate with Cindy and Team. Nothing but excellent advice, and service each time. I highly recommend Cindy and her team and would not consider going to any other law firm for real estate or estate needs.
We hired this firm to close our house in 2005 at that time it was a power of sale so there was a lien against the house which we signed paperwork that all liens were removed against this house come 2024 we go to apply for loan there’s a lien against our house was never removed from when we first bought the house we contacted Cindy and it was about two months back-and-forth and not doing anything about it!
