My mother has been under Dr Marshall’s care for the past 7 months. She is professional, kind, compassionate and the perfect Dr to treat my mother. We had been to 4 prior doctors before being referred to Dr Marshall. Only regret is that we didn’t find her earlier. Her staff from her assistant to the phone receptionists are most kind and helpful with every communication.
I went to Dr. Marshall for several years for med. checks. Did not feel she cared about helping me. Was not interested in me or my issues of Depression.. Finally I was told I broke appointments when I actually canceled one. The receptionist was rude and accused me of not cancelling. Then Dr. Marshall said she no longer wanted to keep seeing a person with my mental illness. She applied for a grant which was approved . Never tols me ahead of time just " don't want to see you again."..not interested. Worst doctor I ever saw.
She has been Mom's Doctor for several years and we love her! She and her staff are very supportive and kind. More importantly the level of care she provides is outstanding.
I felt diminished and unheard by her, left with little hope for a better future! I will not go back
