Dr Jadoo and especially her staff care less about patients and more on making money and run it like a business. MERCEDES AND LIZ ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I waited 45 min and Mercedes and liz never told her. They marked me as a no show while i waited 45 min. At this point MERCEDES and LIZ thought it was funny and proceeded to escalate this huge inconvenience into an uncomfortable situation for me. Dr. Jadoo is professional and compassionate. She had a simple solution to my complex problem. 10/10. Highly recommend.
My appointments with Dr. Jadoo have been straightforward and efficient. My only complaint is her office staff who are rather incompetent in my experience.
Provided a prescription yet never called it in. I had to call her office three times and spoke with three different assistants. Each one assured me the prescription was called in. I waited on line for 30 minutes for meds. She never called it in. Also, wanted to start me with treatments I had tried and had not worked. A waste of money and time. Yet they have you sign a form insisting that you the patient will be responsible.
The doctor was arrogant, extremely controlling and wouldn't let me speak. When he finally allowed to me to give a brief explanation, he continually interrupted me. He ordered an impressive list of expensive and unnecessary tests. Overall, the experience was awful. I will not be going back.
Negligent is the first word that comes to mind. Office staff are incompetent at best (all interactions with them were a comedy of errors). Yes, review sites tend to draw extreme ends of the spectrum. However, if this review stops even just one person from scheduling an appointment with Dr. Rabinovici, I would consider it a win.
Compassionate, knowledgeable, caring.
Dr. Rabinovici loves to hear himself talk. He is Horrible. Rude, Condescending, and Treated me like an Idiot. He Did Not want to hear my symptoms. He Constantly interrupted me and talked over me. My wife Erica was in the Office with me and witnessed the Childlike Behavior of the Doctor. I would never go back. He needs to learn to listen to the Patient in order to help them. It is like going to to a Lawyer and they are telling you what to do without letting you tell the story.
Dr. Rabinovici was excellent with a great staff. He tries his best to get to the root of yr problem, I goind him to be of high intelligence, and aggressive in his testing. He is exactly what I was looking for
