Doctor was very nice to me, got me right in. However, Dr Penzler is now RETIRED. I was one of the last patients that she saw here.
While the doctor MIGHT be competent, I can't say yet because we are still in the waiting room. We arrived 1/2 hour before our appt. as requested to fill out paperwork. 45 minutes after our scheduled appt we are still waiting. Though a woman who came and was told that she was being fitted in and should be prepared to wait, was taken in before us. So tired of doctors who think their time is more valuable. So, the doctor might be good but the office experience will put you off. If you can, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
