Dr. Resnick saved me from having surgery. I will forever be grateful.
Dr. Resnick and staff recently gave me by far one of the best medical experiences I have had. I was faced with an ingrown toenail that suddenly spiked in pain. Dr. Resnick's staff did right by me, and was able to squeeze me in as a new patient the next day and Dr. Resnick even went as far as to perform the corrective surgery the same day for me. I'm grateful for her expertise, and the stellar and warm attitudes from her crew!
I haven’t met the doctor but she seemed very nice she smiled and greeted us from the window, so I have nothing against her. But the two receptionists, a young guy and older lady are the absolute worst. They talk behind the desk as if we don’t hear them. I don’t know if they assume we don’t understand but they are very disrespectful. I apologised for running late because we were given a wrong address and they still treated us like we are stupid. This was the worst clinical experience of my entire life. I’m a very nice and quiet person, but this experience had me fuming, I left the office abruptly due to the way the reception staff treated my sister and I. These two were extremely rude and condescending.
