Cindy and her husband at The Dunnican Team were beyond amazing! I researched who sold the most homes in Rowlett TX and it was The Dunnican team. My husband and I spoke to Cindy on a Monday, the house was lightly staged by Wednesday and photographer completed his job that day too. The house went on the market/MLS Friday July 3rd around 4pm.
