Cindy is always professional and caring. Staff are very polite and answer any questions I may have.
I have seen Cindy twice now, I really like her. She listens and gives you space to really explain your concerns. Her office staff are also very kind and make you feel comfortable.

I went to an appointment to establish new patient care. Was informed that this provider does not manage medications that I am on. Was told "I'm sure you saw the paper on the door"? I guess this referred to one of several small 8x10 papers taped to the wall that state this particular provider's policy? Why would I have known this? This should have been addressed prior to my coming in. If this particular provider does not prescribe things other nurse practitioners can this needs to be addressed before any potential client come... read more
