Cindy answered my questions without making me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed! She also figured out a much better way for me to resolve an issue that I have been struggling with for over 20 years! She’s the first one to give me an actual solution! I didn’t feel rushed at all which is also very important. When you have a lot of questions, it can be easy to forget to ask them all, but she just sat very calmly waiting for me to try to remember all of them!
