Cindy is hands down the barber in town! I had no idea I needed her until the first time I sat in that chair and she knew I had something to talk about. She made it really easy to talk to her and understand problem's in a different (often smart) way that helped me a lot!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid a bad haircut from Cindy Bates. Cindy gives the worst haircuts in Tampa. She is absolutely reckless and mindless with the scissors!
