I had a theft occur. Two rings went missing after Cindi's staff cleaned my home. The owner, Cindy Thompson, would not return my 6 calls, only calling after she received my letter. One ring is valued at $2,100 (I have the appraisal); the other, my late mother's wedding ring - little monetary but great sentimental value. When I found the appraisal, I notified her (the one time we talked, she informed me she wished I could locate the appraisal as she has insurance). I called her 3 more times, leaving messages.
