Dr. Hartz is awesome. We were so lucky to find her when we first moved to Larchmont. She’s always responsive to calls and questions, and her staff is excellent with accommodating appointment changes (which really helps with a toddler). Can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
If I could put 0 stars, I would. I took the kid I babysit for his appointment, all of the people working there are super rude, even the doctor. There’s a black lady who had blonde hair when I went that works in the front who spoke to me in a very rude way. It’s sad seeing these type of people working with kids. This place should close down, take your kids somewhere else if you can. You can feel the bad vibe just walking in.
servicio horrible! esa doctora es super ruda, tiene una Morena que trabaja al frente y es super grosera. es muy triste que tengas esa actitud trabajando con niños. no te atienden te despachan. se siente la Mala vibra al entrar en ese lugar. son super repelentes y rudas.
