I have been a customer for several years and do not plan to change. The owner, Tatyana, has always been easy to work with as far as schedule changes and particular needs. I have a lovely helper in Jennifer who keeps my home in ship shape and my dog, Biscuit, adores her. Highly recommended.
Jennifer has been doing our home for approx 5 1/2 years. She is very punctual and does a fantastic job every time she is here. She would be very hard to beat!! Fans, windowsills, blinds and baseboards are all part of the cleaning. Having breathing issues it is nice to find a service that uses nature friendly products that have no scent.
It was a fairytale service; Tanya was friendly and thorough; my house is beautiful for our holiday party; and she made even my finicky kitties feel comfortable while she was here. We would highly recommend Cinderella for every castle and home!
I recently moved to Clermont and found an add in a local paper as I was looking for bi-weekly cleanings for my home. The company is professional, diligent, and I would highly recommend their service.
Refuses to consider any one not on the 1st floor even when you offer to help and ask to use your own product. Very unprofessional. She's even mopping in flip flops in her photos
