LOVE this shop for formalwear! Great store, great people. At the time, one of the only stores that rented formal gowns for pageants. I loved shopping here, they have a HUGE runway with a three way mirror at the end. It was perfect for trying on pageant gowns and seeing how they'd move when you needed to glide down a runway. You may pass it if you aren't familiar, it's up a hill and has its own parking lot. Average pricing.
Good Experience The people there are really nice and will do anything to help you! They give you good advice on if the dress looks good on you! They helped me get ready for my national pageant!
Great place for all gowns! I have bought numerous dresses her and every visit has been exceptional! The staff are very friendly and well work with you trying on every dress if you need to! All the dresses are beautiful and they have a large selection, but they only have certain dresses in certain sizes. The upside is when you go to your prom or homecoming, no one else will have your dress. The downside is you may find the perfect dress in the wrong size (but they will order it for you). Great Store I have also bought many dresses here. The staff is extremely helpful, and there is a wide variety of dresses and designers. I would definately recommend this to anyone trying to find a formal dress for that special occasion.
BEST PROM & PAGEANT STORE OUT THERE!!!!!!! This shop was absolutely AMAZING! I will definently return in the future! The customer service is one that cannot be found in any boutique, statewide! Cinderella's closet's dress selection was also a reason why i plan on visiting again. They have all sorts of dress' in various price ranges. EVERY company should run their business with friendly service like cinderellas closet. Stop by and you'll feel the same! :)
Very Rude Staff, and Poor Selection!! My friend and I took our young daughters here to try on pageant dresses. We had driven 45 minutes after seeing their website, which makes seem like they have all kinds of selections in pageant wear. They had a total of maybe 20 dresses. I only recognized one from the website. They were almost all a size 8, and when I asked about other sizes and color choices, I never got a clear answer. This is the worst store i have ever been to I went there in search of my prom dress. I had many stores in mind but after checking their website-Cinderella's Closet was the best. I chose the dress that i wanted i event took a picture of it with me. When i got there, i waited a long time for anyone to service me. They informed me that they did not have my dress in stock but they had others by the same brand. They led me into the fitting room and while i was trying it on.
