The worse designer dress shop I've ever been to. It's a ghetto warehouse We went there after driving 5 hours to get a Jovani dress that we called, and they said the had in stock. You walk in, and everything is in plastic bags; all the dresses are 500 or so, so you would think the place would be somewhat classy. It's beyond horrible. The staff are incompetent, and they have NONE of the dresses on their website. It's like they picked the ones that would sell the best, then only order them once they sell. My experience at cinderella's closet I had an amazing experience when I went to cinderella's closet. The sales associates are so helpful and caring. Out of everywhere I have been in my life, i would have to say that cinderella's closet by far has the best customer service. In addition to that, I love how the store is so organized and bright. I enjoy being there.
Cinderella's Closet for great Customer Service :D I have yet to experience such great customer service as I have with Cinderella's Closet. The friendly staff not only helps find a dress to you, but they are very mindful of budget and styles that suits me best. Prices range anywhere from $2600 to $200, and the selection is worth the pricing. I recommend Cinderella's Closet for a friendly and accomodating staff, as well as the wonderful and unique gowns they sell.
Amazing Selection!!! When I first came into the store, I was overwhelmed by the large selection of dresses. The staff helped me find a dress that fit my body as well as my personality. I recommend this store for anyone who wants a quality gown AND an excellent experience!
Definitely "World Class!" The customer service here is AMAZING. The associates work with you to find the perfect dress and have a lot of patience. They have tons of dresses in stock of every color and size you can think of! Cinderella's Closet is the best! (:

Great store with excellent customer service! I have shopped at Cinderella's Closet for many years. My purchases have been for homecoming, prom and pageant wear. I have always been treated with the best customer service and the selection is always better than any other store I have shopped at for these type dresses. Affordable and Classy!!! I have purchased my Homecoming and Prom dress at Cinderella's and I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else! The process is so easy. The store is organized by color and separated in three sections: plus size, ballgowns, and straight dresses. You get assigned one sales associate who helps you pick out the dresses, and they are all so much help!!! Sure you can go to department stores for cheap, but you will look cheap too!!!! Dont waste your time What you see on their website is not what you get in the store. Customer service is civil as long as they think you will be buying. If you find a dress its not the right size or color.. they can't order it .. always some kind of excuse why. Go to a place in Douglasville called Prom USA. You will walk out with the dress of your dreams. I don't know how Cinderella's Closet stays in business. Totally false advertising.
