I asked for a French tip. The lady doing my pedicure decides my nails are too short for a French tip and without asking my permission or communicating anything to me, she puts this random red color on my toes. It is my fault for not paying attention but I have never had an experience where someone did not ask me what I wanted. I was so upset and I have never experienced a situation so unprofessional and disrespectful I just paid and left and I will never be coming back here.
Usually I liked this place but yesterday technician did not do good job on my nails. Did not like the service. So many bubbles on my gel nails.
First and foremost let’s just start by saying customer service is HORRIBLE!!! So, I called the establishment today roughly around 330-4:00 pm to schedule an appointment for a mani pedi for two men…let’s just be clear!! She excitedly responded by saying, “ ohh yes we have openings, blah blah blah, SEE YOU WHEN YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE!! Her exact words!!! I usually don’t do reviews but after my terrible experience here I needed to leave one. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I came in as a walk in first time customer for a manicure (regular white French tip) and pedicure. The nail tech I was assigned serviced me, I paid and left. Once I returned home I realized the powder used for my nail was see through, and I was able to see my real nail through the acrylic.
