First and foremost let’s just start by saying customer service is HORRIBLE!!! So, I called the establishment today roughly around 330-4:00 pm to schedule an appointment for a mani pedi for two men…let’s just be clear!! She excitedly responded by saying, “ ohh yes we have openings, blah blah blah, SEE YOU WHEN YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE!! Her exact words!!! I usually don’t do reviews but after my terrible experience here I needed to leave one. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I came in as a walk in first time customer for a manicure (regular white French tip) and pedicure. The nail tech I was assigned serviced me, I paid and left. Once I returned home I realized the powder used for my nail was see through, and I was able to see my real nail through the acrylic. I recommend KATE, she is very sweet and nice, my nails always come out perfect and last me soo long (dip nails) and they’re beautiful each time. She really pays attention to details, I love her!
