So I could not Make an appointment because I get off of work late, I got there at 5 o’clock and the receptionist was very rude. I didn’t think to get her name, but she had blonde and pink hair. I was trying to get my hand nails and my toes done and she kept repeating to me. I use to not be a fan of this place until I met Joel! He is the best! He did such a great job with my pedicure and even fixed a nail I was having problems with. He also takes his time! He is the best!
Gina is hands down the BEST nail artist I’ve come across in 20 years! Her talent is incredible—she can do it all: acrylics, gel, custom designs—whatever you want. I just show her a photo and she recreates it perfectly every single time. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. I always leave her chair amazed and in love with my nails. Highly recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star to leave a review. 1 star is too high. The very first time I walked in to this salon was only to use the restroom. My daughter had to go and I asked the lady at the front desk if I could use their restroom. Some places allow this. My usual salon allows this. She said "No, it's only for customers". I understood and lightheartedly said that we could do a quick manicure, being semi-serious. She stared at me blankly and said "Yeah, no, sorry." This was so off... read more
